How this calculator works
The calculator finds the lease end from the entered calendar-month term, then generates each payment date from the original start-date anchor. Dates on or after the calculated lease end are excluded.
Calendar-month and month-end assumptions
The written lease or agreement controls the contractual end date. Month-end wording and local legal rules may use a different convention, so treat this result as a planning calculation rather than legal interpretation.
Worked examples
One-month weekly schedule
A weekly schedule starting 2025-02-01 for one calendar month lists February 1, 8, 15, and 22. It excludes March 1 because that is after the February 28 lease end.
